About the tents

Yes, we have three different tents models.

The main difference is the capacity to accommodate a maximum of guests and the location within the Glamping.

  • Confort 3: with capacity to accommodate up to 3 people, they have a Queen Size bed and a Twin single bed.
  • Confor4: designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people, they have a Queen Size bed and two Twin single beds.
  • Premium: these are our most exclusive tents as their location gives them a greater sense of privacy. Designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people, they have a Queen Size bed and two Twin single beds.
  • Marusía: we present the latest novelty and new addition this season, our unique and exclusive Marusía Cabin with a modern and functional design offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Perfectly equipped, it has all the comforts to enjoy a unique stay: en-suite private bathroom, 1 Queen Size bed (150x 190 cm) and 1 double bed (135 x 190 cm).

Our tents have dual air-conditioning with hot and cold air options, so that you can enjoy a pleasant temperature at all times.

Each independent plot has a fully equipped toilet for exclusive use (shower, toilet and washbasin) which is surrounded on the sides by a wooden screen to preserve privacy, but has the incredible feature of having the roof open to enjoy a refreshing shower with a view of the sky.

We also offer the possibility of using the shower rooms and toilets located in the main building, which are extremely clean.

Yes! Surf easily and enjoy free WiFi connection in any of our spaces.

The distance between each pitch is designed to preserve the acoustic privacy between the guests but at the same time to allow them to hear the surrounding nature.

Our Glamping is characterized by its quiet and peaceful atmosphere, but we also always stress the importance of complying with the established rest hours (00:00 h - 8:00h) when the facilities are completely silent.

Due to the dangers involved, smoking or lighting any kind of flame inside the tent is forbidden.

However, guests who wish to do so may smoke in the private picnic area of their independent plot as it is in the open air and would not pose a risk or disturbance to other guests staying.

In order to maintain a safe environment it is not allowed to use camping-gas or light any kind of fire to cook in the facilities.

Rates and cancellation policy

Our prices vary depending on the dates selected, the type of tent and the number of guests staying.

The number of nights minimum stay varies during the season depending on the specific dates you choose.

To start your day with a smile on your face, all rooms include a delicious breakfast, which you can enjoy in our cafeteria or on your private pitch by booking the Take Away service in advance..

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the official check-in date and time (16:00h). From that moment on, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

A NO SHOW gives Glamping Illa de Arousa the right to collect the full amount of the reservation as well as the permission to put the tent back on sale to a new client at the last minute.

All those reservations that have not been made before 20:00 h on the day of arrival are considered No Show, as long as the client has not communicated neither late arrival nor cancellation within the permitted period.

*For technical reasons or force majeure affecting safety or the experience, Glamping Illa de Arousa reserves the right to cancel any reservation, and may choose to relocate the reservation to a new date once the impediment is over or, if necessary, cancel it.

It is possible to change the dates of your booking free of charge as long as you inform the reception department 7 days before the planned arrival date and time. Once this period has passed, it will not be possible to change the dates of your stay.

In the event that the new dates selected correspond to another season, the price must be adjusted to the corresponding rate.

If the change of dates is announced outside the established period but a reason of force majeure is alleged and justified, Glamping Illa de Arousa will proceed to charge the full amount of the reservation offering the opportunity to select a new date of stay.

In the event that this corresponds to a season with higher rates than the initially contracted, the proportional part will be adjusted. The new dates cannot be cancelled or modified again.

What to know before coming to Glamping

No. We work exclusively with our Bell Tent model tents and our Marusía Cabin, so we do not offer the free rental service just for the plot

Although we love animals, the material the tents are made of is delicate and we cannot accept pets.

The tent can be occupied from 16:00 hours onwards.

Guests may check-in until 20:00h on the day of arrival, for late check-in there must be prior notice to the reception department.

Guests must vacate the tent before 12:00 on the day of departure. A late check-out after this time will result in an extra charge of one extra night's stay on the guest's bill.

Of course you can! Our location is key because we are surrounded by nature and tranquility but at the same time close to urban centres, so you will find all the necessary services in the vicinity to cover any kind of need.

The Glamping is located just 3 km from the centre of the village of A Illa de Arousa, where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks...etc.
